How can I register for the conference?

What time does the conference start?

  • Registration will start at 8:30 AM on the first day of the conference.

How much is the registration for the conference?

  • The registration fee is Php12,000/head inclusive of admission to the 2-day conference, meals, and a conference kit.

What payment methods are accepted for registration?

  • For local delegates, you can pay via online banking and bank transfer.
  • For overseas delegates, you can pay via bank transfer only.

How to Obtain Official Receipts

To get your official receipts, please:

  • Contact Us: Send a message via our Facebook account or email us directly at contact@businessasmission.ph
  • Provide Required Information: Include a screenshot of your proof of payment, your Tax Identification Number (TIN), and the name you want to appear on the official receipt.

Is the registration fee refundable?

  • The registration fee is transferrable but not refundable. Send us an email or Direct Message us on our Facebook account for transfer requests.

Can I request special dietary accommodations?

  • A minimum of ten working days before the conference date is required by the venue. Send us complete details via email contact@businessasmission.ph regarding your dietary restrictions.

Are there nearby hotels and parking spaces near the conference venue?


Do Overseas Delegates Need to Register with the eTravel System?

  • Yes, overseas delegates are required to register with the eTravel System.The eTravel System is a one-stop online platform that collects information from passengers arriving in and departing from the Philippines. This information is used for:
    • Border Control
    • Health Surveillance
    • Economic Data Analysis

    How to Register with the eTravel System

    The official website to register for the eTravel System is https://etravel.gov.ph.

    Who Needs to Register?

    All overseas delegates, with the following exceptions, need to register with the eTravel System:

    • Foreign diplomats and their dependents
    • Foreign dignitaries and members of their delegation
    • Holders of 9(e) visas
    • Holders of diplomatic and official/service passports

    Please note: Registration is free and can be completed online within 72 hours (3 days) before your arrival or departure from the Philippines.


Is there a dress code?

  • The dress code for the conference is business casual. Don’t forget to bring something to keep you warm.

Can I record sessions or take photos?

  • For photographs, images, and recordings, the following are to be observed:
    • Flash photography is restricted
    • Non-commercial photography is permitted at the conference provided that the images are for personal use.
    • Video recordings and audio recordings are not allowed. Recordings may be destroyed.
    • Video recording equipment including but not limited to CCTV, film cameras and sound recording are present at the conference. By attending the BAM Asia Conference 2024, delegates consent to be filmed and recorded and for BAM Asia Conference 2024 team & volunteers to use the delegates’ image, lines, and any sound recording for any media or other purposes.

Can I get a copy of the conference presentations and other visual materials?

  • Conference presentations and other materials are to be given at the discretion of the conference organizers.
